Civveta body conversion?

Does anybody know if there's a mod that takes the bolide body and puts it on the Scintilla chassis? I love the look of the bolide but it handles very bad. If this doesn't exist, could anybody give me pointers to potentially make a mod like this? I know their wheelbases are the same length.
