I recall in way back versions, the game featured a pretty decent cold start, with white smoke pouring out of the exhaust until the engine warmed up. The roughness also was present. Not sure what happend but the game does not really have this showing much at all. Maybe it's worth revising it and getting to run properly again?
I remember a while back, and I think I'm remembering wrong but you could change the temperature of the environment, if that was a slider in the environment tab, that'd be nice
