color-able textures

    i have one question if there is a capability of coloring textures that are not a part of a car such as the tire mark and or smoke cloud caused by loss of traction (amazing smokey sexy greatness we call burnouts). i made a mod long ago and that was a very recommended feature is to make it change able.
