Color Refuses to Change?

I was trying to change the color of my car in career mode but when I try it just goes back to default.
I have no idea what to do.

 

i was gonna say crappy mod in free roam but idk man
kinda difficult to explain

 

I replaced one of the parts and now it only changes the color of that part

But I don’t really want to replace all of the parts

 

Tried career, crashed my i series trying to drift.

Change all the color slots to the desired color.

Yes when I do it just goes back to the original colors I bought it in

It’s probably just some weird career mode bug but slightly annoying

 

Because from what you said with the thing that only new parts let you change the color, it sounds as if you just have most (or all) parts in the primer color. AKA you need to pay extra to get them back to a normal color.
