Companies

I was wondering if players will be able to create towing/repo, police, trucking, or bus companies and play on servers?

 

I like this idea, if it's not already in the game then +1

Sounds like it would be a nice thing to have in a game. You and your friends could all have different jobs and cooperate. I like it! +1

 

RoR already had (roughly) this kind of thing.
People would make a Company on the Forums, recruit people, & then together join a server & play on it. They would also create custom skins for certain vehicles & give it out to the "hired" people.

However, it was never implemented in-game in RoR (like you can create your Company in-game or see a list of companies hiring & positions in-game).
So, for that, +1. (Which is what, I'm sure, the OP meant for, in-game integration of Companies).

I think this would also go nice for a new "Campaign Multiplayer" mode too.
Basically, instead of the Multiplayer being a sandbox mode, it would be like the Singleplayer's Campaign mode.
Using money to repair/buy vehicles, get money (for example, if you have a Tow Truck business, get a certain amount for towing people to the Garage), buy Warehouses/Garages to store your Company's vehicles, etc.
Of course, the game would have to save your data too, like how much money you had, where you quit & in which vehicle you were in when you quit, etc.
Although, this new MP mode might complicate things a little for the Devs. (Of course, I mean this new mode to be as a Update/Addon [wayyy] after the game is released)

 

that would be epic, and of course, if possible, probably make it single player as well, like, you insert your group id or something, and it stores stats and such on, and when you complete a run, or tow or whatever, it will ask you if you want to post it to the group forum, or group thread, and it will give you a selection of screenshots (auto taken or manually taken, you choose) that were made during the run, and you select the ones you want to use, give it a description, and click a button that says upload or post or something, would defintly make it a lot easier
