Completely new to this, how do I Beam

Ok, so I got the game and installed it. on my menu there's options, play, chat, and one other thing I think. how do I change vehicles, change my controls, and how do I add vehicles? I downloaded a RAR file of a Nissan and I'd love to know how to put it into the game. Usually I can figure stuff like this out by just messing around but I'm stumped.

F1 for controls. Look in the wiki for everything else. (Big button at the top that says Wiki on it. Alternatively, you could search your questions in the search bar.)
