Config mod doesn't show up in Vehicle Config menu?

    Hello! I'm trying to make a very very basic horn mod and I followed a guide, as well as reverse-engineered other horn mods but for some reason, mine doesn't work. I've meticulously checked every detail to no avail, so now maybe some experienced modder can help me find what went wrong?
