Constant Failed To Create Resource

Uninstalled a few times through steam. Each time i hit play get and error... finally make it to the maps and it just crashes.

 

i am currently having the same problem. if anyone can help solve this problem please lend us your knowledge so that way we can enjoy the new update.

 

You guys need to provide more details:

Getting errors on fresh installs?

What levels are you loading up or is it all of them?

Experimental or stable versions or both?

Provide screens of your errors.

Understand you're unlikely to get help if you just barge in with a problem and provide nothing for others to work with.

 

I'm getting similar errors with textures (decals and PNG files) on a fresh stable install from Steam on all levels, including the small grid. I literally can't do anything, including open the game without a resource error.

 

Try deleting EVERYTHING beam related, wipe it clean and then do a fresh install. If the problem persists then something's really screwed up.
