Constant Frame Drop to 20 problem FOUND:

    So I had the performance graph up, and finally when entering the editor (F11) the fps went from 100+ down to 20, and I saw what popped up as:

    "RenderBinDecalsFast"

    That's seemingly related to roads/decals and has something to do with window size/dpi I'm sure.

    Hope this leads someone to something!
