    You definitely SHOULD delete all of these, why do you even keep them? It only makes sense to keep the newest one, and only if it's not too big

    Do you have an E: drive? Or any other drive on your computer? For me, I deleted the old cache folders and moved my BeamNG folder to Downloads. I moved my downloads folder to my E: drive to save space, and it worked.
