controllers on multiseat will not switch

today i tried to use multi seat with my grandfather but found that 2 controllers would not set on 2 cars. the picture below show what i mean.

if the picture worked it shows that the keyboard is on one car and the 2 controllers are on another i have tried many times to fix the problem by clearing the cache verifying integrity and disabling all the mods. disabling the mods did fix the camera which would not focus on both cars. I have also ran the game on safe mode but the same thing happens. the keyboard is always on one car while the 2 controllers are together on one car. i can deal with driving with the keyboard but i would much rather prefer to drive with a controller but cant because it is controlling thee same car as the one the second player is using. i have even tried to spawn a prop or an extra vehicle and tabbed through them trying to get the keyboard to switch to the extra car but instead the controllers stay grouped together an one of the cars has no control. this has worked before because my 2 friends and i managed to drive a car each but has stopped working somewhere along the line.

This started in 0.19 i believe because i used multi-seat quite a lot in 0.18. A thread was posted about it shortly after 0.19 came out, i looked for the thread but could not find it although i remember it saying that it would be fixed when the new update came out. any way i hope someone can help me fix this problem. i can post a video if i need to to help demonstrate the problem,although my internet is not always very fast so it may not be immediate. any way thanks in advance.

I never saw the tool tip because i must've removed the binding a long time ago because I must've needed another button. Any way thanks again for the help.

Most likely not. Since windows typically registers keyboards as "generic keyboard"
