Controls reset

Hi guys. I play beamng strictly for monster trucks. In .29, no issues whatsoever. I play on the rog ally and all controls were working and would save. Immediately after updating to .30, I install the mods and the controls never save. Even with custom configs. I check the controls each time I close and reopen the game and all the controls are completely reverted to default. I’ve tried all clearing cache options, support mode and doing a clean install and nothing has helped. Pulling my hair with this. Anyone know of a fix? Thanks In advance.
