it does work a little bit, but it doesn't spawn on the grand marshal, but it does work on the roamer and if your brake to quickly it will fall off
Still works well on the Sunburst, I use it sometimes. Although someone should remaster that mod because it doesn't work like the real life wheel grabbers at all, just shreds tires.
the dude said he'd update it, but that was over a year ago --- Post updated --- it either 1. launches the wheel and the yellow rope to the next universe 2. deletes and shreds the tire 3. 0.00000001 percent of the time locks up the wheel
