CPU Or GPU Slow?

    I fixed the problem. In Nvidia control panel there were two BeamNGs, one x64 and one x32. I had only set one to the GTX 1050. Now, I set both to the 1050 and I also edited a few settings in the control panel for performance over quality. After these changes I am getting 30 - 40 fps on medium settings. Thank you for helping me!!!
