Crashes when i press F11 to go into World Editor?

So i want to Use the world editor but every time i push F11 its crashes?
The error code and Etc.

0xC000013A - STATUS_CONTROL_C_EXIT
This usually happens if you close the console window or press CTRL+C
HELP?

Game up to date?
Using mods? If yes, tried to disable all of them?

Thanks a lot I did not think to reinstall my game that helped a lot, I heard a lot about it could be mods that make it crash but i don't know but the game is fixed thanks you you. hope to get more help maybe in the future
