Cruise control not activating?

I added the cruise control app, for cruising the new map I have downloaded, The cruise control doesn't work for some reason. I slap the SET button, it turns orange and sets the speed, but my speed decreases until I have stopped fully, but yet it is still bright orange. I have also removed the app and added it back on, then ran the game in safe mode, still, it doesn't work.

Tested and it works fine.

Are you using mods? Tried to disable them?
Have you tried all vehicles or it happens only with some?

I had this problem, are you using a controller? Go into the controls and add 0.1 of deadline to the throttle control.

I have disabled mods, Ran the game in safe mode, and it happened with all the vehicles.
