Cruise control set speed key doesn't work, but the app does

Before the 0.10 update, I could simply press my cruise control key to set my speed. Now, the key doesn't work and the only way to activate cruise control is through the app.

I already tried clearing the cache, unloading all mods, and using safe mode. I want to know how to fix this before I have to reinstall the game

Thanks for the report.
We already got a similar one, and it appears to be a bug.
Should be fixed for the upcoming hotfix.
