So I have this problem where with my vehicle, whenever I press Ctrl+R to reload it, it reloads a little bit lower than before, instead of higher. I have no idea why. I attached the vehicle, so you can take a look for yourself.
You had a lot of your nodes located underground. I've edited it by adding 0.5 on to all the z positions, as this dictates the vertical height, to make them all non negative, as negatives are below the ground. I've also moved the position of the model in the dae file up to try to position it with the modified jbeam. Hope this helps.
