Ctrl + R = smashed tires because car drops from too high.

    Are you doing Ctrl + R on an incline of sorts? if so, that might be the problem.

    you mustn't steer in any direction!

    if you steer to the left or to the right while pressing strg+r, the axle often gets crashed (depends on the weight of the car)
