Greetings, It would be nice to get an option to set once and for all the default camera mode, position/rotation adjustment and FOV the exact way the player wants it, in Every circumstances, until the player decides to change the view himself. For example I want to set mine on the hood with FOV of 110°. I don't want that to change until I change view and FOV myself. Add to that an option to reset camera rotation independently from the FOV during gameplay. So many times I had to switch camera + adjust FOV because the game decides to overwrite the camera at every start of a race, and the button to reset camera rotation also resets the FOV, wich adds to the suffering. Another thing mildly infuriating is the orbital camera spinning out of control to set itself in front of the car when I go reverse. It is too slow and unreactive to help in any way during maneuver, and it takes ages to get back to its original state, forcing the player, once again, to reset camera placement by pressing a button. I would prefer it to just stay in place. I have no doubt the team will rework the camera systems, as it already is much better than 13 years ago, but these minor inconveniences still exist and add so much unnecessary button smashing I think it's time for them to go.
