This is the idea about temporarily replacing your main speedometer (which has the kmh/mph on it) into the ones below: Note: If your respective vehicle reaches over 120 kmh, then the red light (placed below the "60" marking") will be toggled. Note: If your respective vehicle reaches over 140 kmh, then the red light (placed below the "80" marking") will be toggled.
not a bad idea. I think it could be implemented, but im pretty sure that requires LUA coding skills to accomplish.
Someone had made an alternative custom tachometer as an experiment, saying that it just had to take the same data the stock tachometer uses to display. So yeah, it would be very possible to make custom interior gauges, besides the italy update will bring some too.
