Customizing vehicle in-game

    Can you customize vehicle like in the garage while in-game? If there's a way, I can't seem to find it. I remember being able to do that in a previous version of the game, although I could be misremembering.

    You can also press escape and then the orange icon. then open the drop down thing saying frame and body
