D15 Customized Glitch

    I was on Gridmap, driving normal and slow, i wasnt even going over any bumps.I was driving a D15 that i customized a little bit, just put sport/custom wheels on the off road edition. While i drove, a few times the front right wheel just fell off for no reason but it was still connected. I dont have a picture of the glitch but i screen captured the truck. please tell me if you know the problem thanks :)
