Looks nice! Though its a bit sad nobody really pays attention to some of the more normal everyday vehicles, like the 2000s Pessima, or the Roamer.
I don't actually know the years of the cars it's just the Pessima that came out in game first looks to me like an early 2000s Toyota. Also, if there's a Roamer engine in the Pessima's engine bay, wouldn't there be a massive gaping hole in the hood to support the size?
Looking at the list of items you plan to make, you can make all of that possible with little or no help? My bets go to saying you most definitely can.
If you actually plan to make a Pessima front, put a normal front as well as the Roamer engine front, so we can have a nice 4-door coupe-ish looking sports car --- Post updated --- Instead of a Pessima front, what if the entire car just gets turned into a Pessima but have the option to put all the Sunburst parts on it?
Well with the sunburst parts in the pessima it wouldn't really ....suit, like a sunburst has race rear spoilers etc they wouldn't really suit the pessima, but I get what your saying and I'll take a look to see if they look alright together
