Decal roads show through objects

    I am having an issue where every decal road shows up through objects. In the picture here:

    You can see the road through the building. Its not just this specific decal road, its any decal road texture I try to use.
    Here are the road settings:

    Ive made dozens of maps before and this is the first time ive had this issue.
