Decals and decal roads texture fighting.

    Im having a problem with decal roads, the textures seem to be "fighting" even though one has a lower render priority, decals seem to always be under decal roads as well, even if they do show up there textures fight with any decal road above them.
    I would post screenshots but it's hard to capture this issue with a screenshot.
