Derby Arenas laggy

I apologize if this has already been posted, I could not find it however.

My question is, how come when I try to play the Derby Arenas map it is very laggy? I can play every other map with very stable FPS (35-45 on medium settings and PostFX off). Is it an issue with the map or my pc?

 

Same here, try playing on lowest (Still looks good)

I also experienced this problem and just assumed it was my computer being odd.

The map looks like it would be a lot of fun, but not with the amount of lag I get.
