Destructible car interiors?

Ever since i started playing BeamNG, i've always wanted to see a damageable interior, for example, things that fall off inside like the radio, door panels, speakers, gage cluster, etc. Would this be possible?

 

could be possible, but it would be a ton of work and could slow down some computers

 

That would be awesome to see.
