    That doesn't look like it, it has no dynamic reflections and the UI is showing.

    I cannot get it to go away, and those graphics options make my PC have an anurism.

    Toughest car in the game, Still runs.

    ALT + U, that gets rid of your UI. Also, Dev pictures aren't too far off what the community does. Just without graphical mods or photoshop edits, just pure in game screenshots. Also they usually have a purpose, for example to show off a new feature like reworked suspension, transmission or a glamour shot of a upcoming car like they did with the I-series.

    I wouldn't poo-poo someone else's screenshot for "having mods" while posting a potato quality one. Also I'm not aware of any official content having snow, so would that map not be a mod?
