Disappearance of the Gavril Gladiator

I recently had to trouble with my mods after the v.0.23.0 update, which required me to delete the game, clear cache, etc. but after all that I noticed that I nolonger had the Gavril Gladiator (some 60's-70's dodge charger). I cant remember if it was a mod or a base game vehicle, but I think it was a base game. I don't know if it was deleting the game that got rid of it. Which makes me wonder if it was removed a while ago but I just now lost it because of deleting it. If anyone has an idea of what happened to it that would be great.

It's a zip file, when I download it, how do I make it a mod?

 

move the zip file to USER/AppData/Local/Beamng.drive/latest/mods

 

im at users, my user, but I dont see app data
