DLL'S Missing

    Hello. I face a big problem. When i launch 0.24.1 i get this eror:

    PS: Recently i reinstalled Windows. No Microsoft Visual C++ Packages are installed on my computer and idk how, why, i can't get them to work:). I verified game files, no one is missing. I need help.
