Do I need to make new files or update my computer? (plus questions about update in general)

I'm asking these questions, because I cannot access the screenshots folder to post BeamNG pic on Community Screenshots. Plus, I can't even find my level thing. I actually had it today, but it got lost because my computer updated BeamNG again today. Also, I used to be able to use my Logitech controller for headlights and now I can't do that. Can anyone please help me?

 

alright so for what i did is when you go into camera mode, there should be a button at the top that says open file location. this will take you to the new screenshow folder. if you click Beamng.0.22. at the top it should bring you to where all the new game files are. i pinned whatever i needed to quick access
