Does my PC have a virus or is this a glitch???

I was playing BeamNG.Drive today, and when I was playing on Slope 2.0 and driving with the AT-TE down the hill to test out the suspenion, right as I hit the bottom and press "P" to slow down, my PC lagged for a second, then the camera zoomed in towards the Menu, it zoomed out, then it zoomed out and zoomed back into the speedometer, it zommed in and out of a few other things. While it zoomed in, you can see the pixels for the menu and speedometer. Please tell me if this is a virus or a glitch ASAP so I can clean my PC if it is a possible virus. Sorry if i wrote this in bad grammar, I was in a hurry.

It's not a virus, because that happened to me when I had just done a fresh install of windows on my brother's laptop and I was installing his games again
(also, connect BeamNG to your account or stop using a pirated version, please )

That sounds strange. I've never seen anything like that happen before.

You were holding down the Alt key. Alt+P takes a 'large' screenshot. All it really does is zoom in on different parts of the screen, take a screenshot of each and paste them all together.

 

Oh, thx, BTW, my account is already connected to steam? What am I supposed to connect it to besides that?
