Does this game ad confuse anyone else?

There’s this ad for a mobile game going around, and it confused me.

One of the “levels” is almost a direct copy of the car jump area.

If anyone’s interested, It’s called Ramp Car Jumping on the App Store.

 

It has the same concept but looks not so much. It looks nothing like it.

 

If you look at the parking lot below and the bridge to the side, they look like they were taken from car jump arena.

 

But they weren't, the bridge possibly but it wouldn't be considered a look alike.

 

I agree that they aren’t the same, but you have to agree that the concept and the assets are almost the same.

I also did some investigating and I saw that they used real car models (unchanged except for no badges or Changed names)
