Doors/Latches not opening after switching to a PC

    I recently switched from my laptop to my PC because I was going to use it as my school laptop but after i moved my savefiles I can't seem to open any doors in the game. I tried cache clearing, Safemode but nothing worked. I'm going to try to reinstall it but I'm unconfident it will work. I will remove/update this if it works
    Edit: It did not work:confused:
    Even with safemode and normal mode (all mods deactivated) it still doesnt open
