Double Mod Entry

Okay, this is the 1st time I tried downloading mods so I started clean. Before I started downloading, I changed mod location via launcher to a HDD with more space.

I went in game, go to repository and find a mod I was looking for. I downloaded the mod directly from in game repository and it works fine, problem is that when I go to the mod screen in game, it shows two of the exact same mods installed but I only downloaded it once??

I try again with another mod, same story. On mod screen there is two entries of the same mod.

So in actuallity I only have 2 mods, but the mod screen says that 4 is active.

Is this normal?

I have checked my mod location. There is only ONE .zip file of each mod in the MOD Folder.
