Download Error! (Cannot play)

Hey, I am downloading the trial version (planning on getting the paid alpha) but when I download and install it, it comes up with this message when I start the game: Unable to load game library. Then I click ok, and this comes up: The program cant start because X3DAudio1_7.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling (I have reinstalled 4 times so far) Please help! This game looks amazing and I want to see if it is worth buying! Thanks

 

I've got the latest DirectX Version and the problem is still there, whats wrong? (I bought the game)

 

What system are you using? Is it windows 7, XP, 98? Or a MAC? It looks like it's having a problem with some audio driver, I'm not sure if directx covers audio.

have you tried running as admin, running update.exe (might be named update.exe.old, in which case rename it to update.exe), re-installing, or installing to a different directory such as your documents? (if not, i suggest trying all of them, in the order i listed them)
