Download problem

I asked this on General Discussion and it turns out other users are having this problem to. If I put this in the wrong section. I apologize. I'm just wondering if there's anything the devs can do to fix it, or if I can do something to fix it. I heard from someone that I should try turning off virus protection to fix this. Yes, I'm still having this issue. Sorry if this is completely pointless. I just wanna ask if there's anything that can be done to fix this issue.

 

i mean, antivirus wouldn't make a difference. like i said there, chrome always says this if a download is served over http instead of https. repository is broke, they must fix.

 

If you're saying that the repo must be fixed. I totally agree. I'm not sure if I have http or https or not, tbh.

 

I looked, and both the repo link and the download link for mods seem to be HTTPS
when opening the download link in a new tab, it says it can't be downloaded securely, but when I copy-paste it the download just flows through
for now just press the arrow on the right side and press download anyway
I don't know if this info will be any help

 

yeah this happens, i just press keep and it downloads fine, but yeah, this happens to me and sometime when i click the link it just takes me to some other strange beamng website, so i have to press it a couple times

I have been downloading mods corectly past week but then the problem appears. Something with "https" connection... This is what it tells me in F12 page - https://ibb.co/whs67mw and I can only download mods from http version that goes in an error tab. Hope it gets fixed soon(

 

Alieu helped me with this problem. If you get the red error while downloading, press the red button. I hope you can fix this issue.
