Download program?

Now this is not a thread about when the game will be released or nothing, This is a question on how the download will work. Bigfishgames.com has a program where you create an account and if you buy a game you can get it again for free if you have to get a new computer or something by just logging in and viewing your purchases and downloading it again. Would BeamNG work like this?

 

I would imagine a launcher where you download a smaller installer file that downloads the game, but the program requires the details of the account used to buy the game and won't connect otherwise. A bit like a hybrid of pCARS and RoR.
