Driving courses like the YouTube videos for kids?

My kid and I watch YouTube videos for BeamNG where the video creator has a fun driving course where, for example, the car would drive on a ramp, jump, and crash into a big monster, and stuff like that.

My question is, is it possible to download pre-setup driving courses like that, where the obstacles, objects, etc, have already been configured onto the map?

It’s pretty fun to make the cars go flying off the ramp into the ground
It’s also getting a remake, that will release at some point.

But when it comes to objects, I don’t think there’s too much maps with pre-placed objects, if any.
I’m not at all an expert with object saving, World Editor and all that stuff, so I can’t say for sure though.
