Drop in FPS

So before the latest update, I could use the west coast usa map with 3-4 vehicles before i had any noticeable drop in FPS, but now, if I spawn two cars I get an immediate 10-15 fps drop.
All settings are on high and haven't changed.
using an overclocked 6600k and a gtx 1070. 16 gigs of ram, and 1080p for the resolution.
Anyone have any idea whats going on??

 

Clear cache? Possible mod conflict after update maybe.

 

Check console with ~ key if there is lot of red lines spamming things will slow down.
