When texture quality is set to lowest or low my dryvan skin looks fine, but when the texture quality is on normal or high the underside of the trailer and a few other things become a very light gray or white color.
Hmm. Weird. I didn't take a look at you files, but I'm assuming that you've painted light over somewhere that should be dark. On the lowest settings some lighting thing doesn't kick in. Try one or more of these. check the second UV in blender to see what area of the texture is on the bottom of the dryvan use a "UV checker" texture to see where the area is - https://www.google.com/search?q=uv+checker+map&tbm=isch ... simply paint all areas you aren't using dark or a funny color until something good happens. I could be wrong. This is not my forte. Someone else may have a better suggestion. YMMV. All of the above is assuming that you checked your non-diffuse maps and ensured that they all matched the stock skin. If not all bets are off...
Sorry for the delayed response, school has been a pain in the butt lately. I haven't painted any areas that shouldn't be painted so that's not the issue. I believe it has something to do with the way I am saving the image. I had previously saved it with DXT1 and that caused the issue on all texture quality settings. When I saved the image with DXT5 that only causes the issue on medium or higher texture quality settings. Like you said I could just find the bottom of the trailer on the texture and paint it the right color but I would like to solve the problem not just cheat my way around it.
