I got in a really dumb situation: In december was messing around with new world editor and made ECU super laggy. I saved it, but it seems i replaced the original file. What i have to do???

Anything you save in the editor never replaces the original files permanently.
All your changes are saved in your Userfolder/levels folder.
So go there, and delete the 'east_coast_usa' folder to remove your edits to that level.
