Hello I decided to take another look at my bronco. I have found that when I do not install a trans on any engine the truck behaves as it should, but when I install a trans the suspension decides to explode. I am a little stuck and out of my league on this issue and it was the reason I shelved it shortly after 0.8 came out. I have created 2 test configs one with the 351 and all bronco transmissions available but not installed, and one with the D15 I6 and transmissions ported to this. Do not use the default config as it is one of the things I need to fix since I broke it when I overhauled the truck.
Not sure if I can fix that, but I'll try to. EDIT: Is it normal that it spawns like this: ? --- Post updated --- For some reason the front wheels are under constant throttle: . That's all that I could find.
yes it is I need to replace the default config and I will look into the front wheel thing but I have no idea why it would be doing that.
I can't figure out why they're under full throttle but I just found out that if I disconect the tranfercase I can drive it however the rear suspension has the same issue. Try putting all the mechanics on the default and you'll see what I'm taking about as the speedo goes all over the place.
bump ^ Has anyone looked at this? I have been busy with school recently but any help would be appreciated.
tried remaking the suspension but I just made a massive mess so if anyone knowledgeable in this area of jbeam could help me sort this thing out that would be much appreciated
it's too different, once upon a time it was a D Series but so much has changed it may have well been scratch built.
Or ask mod support. Oh well, @JBatic just shoot me a conversation and we can start trying to work this one out. If you had kept the D series suspension relatively intact, it would have been significantly easier to bring this up to date. But its not impossible either.
This started as one of the better russian mods that I thought deserved a revamp but I will send you a pm. EDIT: atm I can't access your profile to send you a pm EDIT: nvm I figured out how to send you a pm
I won't argue with you on that one, I was just saying that because I thought it was relevant, and I personally think that for most cases the suspension setups for the D series are relatively generic and can be used to cover a wide range of models and model years.
Alrighty let me fix that, I thought I left that one open after last night but I guess I didn't. Give it about a minute or 2 and you should be able to send it after I get my settings readjusted.
