ya know when you slam an auto car into park at 40 MPH, as you do, like- on the daily? you know how you can hear its agony? why dont we have this in BeamNG? I think it would be cool.
Sounds like a really fun way of going to the garage and having them yell at you for breaking a transmission!
I hate to say it... but I have been in a car 4 different times where people have done this... 3 times it just made noise... the other they lost park all together Similar story, once while I was driving my brother reached over (he has ADHD) and just slammed my car into reverse... going 60mph... let me tell you... I know Mythbusters tested it... and the one they tested was incapable of shifting into reverse at speed so they claimed it was busted... but my transmission didn't hesitate for even a fraction of a second. That baby engaged instantaneously, stalled the engine out, and locked up the rear tires... I didn't even realize what happened until we had scrubbed off over half the speed while I struggled to keep the car straight with no power steering and minimal brakes. Shockingly there was no immediate damage done, but 4 years later the transmission blew... I am betting that day certainly helped it expire sooner.
