Easiest Vehicle to Run?

Just wondering which vehicles are easiest on the CPU. I’m trying to set up AI traffic and I’d like to know which vehicles to use.

Anything besides the pigeon or cannon? Not really trying to have AI cannon traffic.

 

Just grab the D series, the Bolide or any of the older vehicles and remove the doors, the hood and the glass all around. Problem solved. I used to play like this back when I had my Q6600.

 

The covet is the next best.

Really though the difference between stuff like the Covet, D series and Grand Marshal for example is only a few hundred nodes/beams and wont really be noticeable on any decent system.

What will bottleneck you more than the CPU side (assuming you have a decent CPU) is graphics, even on lowest settings it gets quite badly stuttery past about 20 cars when making traffic.

 

I'd recommend stripping the car of any parts not needed such as seats.
