you know that intersection that's right at the cliffside like where you leave that small town and there's an intersection with some barriers how about making a custom broken barrier so you could be able to just drive off a cliff
I think it would be cool if you added a more rural and small 1/8 mile drag strip, I think it would fit the map quite well.

you know that intersection in those grassy feilds close to the farm house, where theres nothing but like a tree, maybe you should put a really small town with like a few shops a couple houses and a gas station and maybe a farm, and down by the river maybe some big houses by the river
you know that little pond that has a terrain ramp with the park bench (jump that's integrated into the ground) (if you start at the gas station spawn just go left until you see a small dirt extension) how about maybe making an extended area where you could get a run up and then jump into a pond
Will you feature livestock fields or proper farm fields when you come up with the farm? My suggestion - as I once lived in the area - is to keep primarily with livestock.
