East Coast USA No Material

    When I load the East Coast USA map, all structures load in with the "No Material" on them.
    I removed all mods from the folder and cleared cache, but that did not help. When I load the map in safe mode, this issue does not occur.

    I'm experiencing this issue on East Coast USA only, does anyone know a solution that doesn't involve re-installing the game?
