East Coast USA not existing

My east coast map just straight up dosent exist

Have You Tried Clearing The Cache?

 

Clearing cache did nothing, im gonna start taking out mods one by one

i found out that its not the mods, i deactivated all of them, im gonna try to reinstall the game

Ryzen 7 3800X, 32GB 2600MHz Ram, GTX 1060 6GB, 1TB SSD, 1TB HDD x2, GIGABYTE X570 Gaming X
