It's annoying to configure files with breaking map, make textures work so just get rid of it all.
I am not saying it's SUPER important but just make it a little more user friendly make a button in the map section to create new map, then ask for a name.
Options noise terrain or flat terrain, type in number to select size of map so we don't have to stick to 1024 or 2048.
Have it pre name the files then give use a buildings tool so we can add buildings add more trees to forest brush selection fix broken brushes.
We need a better material selection and editing system, instead of using torque 3d's level editor wy not add your own?
Anyway's thank you for noticing my post and have an nicde day.

The Torque 3D program has no financial backing and is supported and developed by
people who love coding. Their development time is personal time as far as I know and
the only way features like you mention will ever happen will be if one of those people
    decide to hard code it.
Map making by the community is essentially the same process except we get the
benefit of their blood, sweat and tears on the REALLY tough stuff.

Making a program for easy map making in Torque would be about as productive
as someone making a map making tutorial in these forums due to the constantly
changing code of Torque itself, on top of the changes the BeamNG devs make.

Not to sound pessimistic about the idea but reality is reality.
